Shipping Policy
Items will be delivered within 2-7 working days after the order has been verified. We do not accept scheduled deliveries.
Most items can be shipped to anywhere in the Philippines. Some items are for Metro Manila only.
Items will be shipped thru our partner couriers Aboitiz 2GO, Air 21 or FedEx.
Returns Policy
ShopNow@EYP will replace damaged or defective items provided the customer returns the items within 7 days after the item was delivered to them. The returned item must be in the same original condition when it was first received by the customer. The shipping cost to return the items shall be shouldered by the customer. The shipping cost to send the replacements to the customer shall be shouldered by the merchant.
